About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and influential leader who thrives on driving continuous improvement and delivering meaningful outcomes. You have a track record of leading high-performing teams, improving business processes and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.

With strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, you'll champion innovation, build workforce capability and deliver sustainable improvements that enhance service delivery for both our organisation and community.

  • Lead branch-wide business improvement initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency and service excellence.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to leadership, influencing business performance and operational outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing administration team, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer service.
  • Champion workforce planning, capability development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process optimisation, governance and business transformation across the branch.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support informed decision-making and organisational success.
  • Deliver meaningful change that enhances service delivery and creates lasting value for the community.

About you

We're looking for a proactive and influential leader who thrives on driving improvement, building capability and delivering results. You'll bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions that make a real impact.

  • Qualifications in Business Management, Organisational Development or a related field, and/or significant relevant experience.
  • Experience in business improvement, organisational development or business support.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Current C Class Driver Licence.
