About the Role
The Digital and Information Services branch delivers agile and transformative technology, enabling Council to lead in innovative and sustainable services.
As a Web Services Officer, you’ll:
- Liaise with software vendors to coordinate upgrades and issue resolution
- Conduct web analytics and reporting to improve site performance
- Apply governance frameworks to ensure quality and accessibility of web content
- Support content lifecycle management across Council websites
- Deliver training and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
- Provide support for cloud-based systems and digital assets
- Assist with Google Analytics and the Council’s Digital Dashboard
- Contribute to safety initiatives and strategic planning projects
About you
As a professional in web services, you will:
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or have equivalent experience
- Understand web-based technologies and platforms
- Demonstrate experience in systems analysis, project coordination, and vendor management
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Be organised, proactive, and collaborative
