About the Role

The Digital and Information Services branch delivers agile and transformative technology, enabling Council to lead in innovative and sustainable services.

As a Web Services Officer, you’ll:

  • Liaise with software vendors to coordinate upgrades and issue resolution
  • Conduct web analytics and reporting to improve site performance
  • Apply governance frameworks to ensure quality and accessibility of web content
  • Support content lifecycle management across Council websites
  • Deliver training and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Provide support for cloud-based systems and digital assets
  • Assist with Google Analytics and the Council’s Digital Dashboard
  • Contribute to safety initiatives and strategic planning projects

About you

As a professional in web services, you will:

  • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or have equivalent experience
  • Understand web-based technologies and platforms
  • Demonstrate experience in systems analysis, project coordination, and vendor management
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • Be organised, proactive, and collaborative
