About the Role
The Property Management Branch provides comprehensive property management of Council’s land and property portfolio.
As Property Administration Officer, you’ll support the Land Management team in delivering operational property activities, including lease processing, tenancy agreements, encroachment management, and system administration.
Key duties include:
- Pontoon, Waterway and Residential Tenancies
- Liaise with tenants and schedule inspections
- Raise and receipt purchase orders and work orders
- Process leases, transfers, and tenancy agreements
- Maintain property management systems and registers
- Manage workflows and follow up on documentation
- Provide admin support and stakeholder communication
About you
You’ll bring strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills. You’ll be confident using systems and databases, and able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
You will have:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience in property or land management administration.
- Experience in a mulit-disciplined or government organsiation would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property systems
