About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in driving people initiatives that support business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Undertake case management of workplace grievances, investigations and disciplinary processes and effective workplace relations with unions.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with People and Culture and Safety teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
About You
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with employee relations experience managing conduct matters, workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and workplace relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse business environments.
