Supporting Finance, Procurement, Property & Commercial Partnerships, Asset Management, Legal and Audit, this role sits at the centre of a dynamic team that helps drive sound financial management, governance and service delivery across the organisation.   • Coordinate busy schedules, meetings and communications.
  • Provide trusted support to senior leaders and managers.
  • Prepare professional reports, correspondence and meeting documents.
  • Support procurement, HR and business administration activities.
  • Keep projects, priorities and deadlines moving.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working across the Directorate.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver great service.
  • Provide professional and confidential support to senior leaders and managers.

About you

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional who loves bringing order to complexity. You'll be an exceptional organiser and communicator, with experience supporting busy teams, managing competing priorities and building strong stakeholder relationships. If you're proactive, organised, adaptable and enjoy supporting leaders while building strong relationships,

we'd love to hear from you.

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration, Local Government or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality administrative support in a busy, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and a range of business, finance, HR and document management systems.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
  • A current C Class Driver Licence.
