About the Role

The Asset Management branch leads strategic asset planning, fleet management, and asset information services across Council.

As an Asset Management Business Analyst, you’ll:

• Analyse business systems and processes to support asset management practices
• Conduct problem investigation and analysis, gap analysis, and document user stories
• Design and test solutions for asset systems and integrations
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with ISO 55000 Asset Management Standards
• Support business case development and continuous improvement
• Monitor and report on team priorities and performance
• Prepare communication plans and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

About you

As a skilled asset management business analyst, you will:

• Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in business analysis
• Understand asset management systems and ISO 55000 standards
• Be confident in stakeholder engagement and change management
• Demonstrate strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft 365 and process mapping tools
• Hold a current “C” Class Driver’s Licence

Appointment to this position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
