About the Role
The Asset Management branch leads strategic asset planning, fleet management, and asset information services across Council.
As an Asset Management Business Analyst, you’ll:
- Analyse business systems and processes to support asset management practices
- Conduct problem investigation and analysis, gap analysis, and document user stories
- Design and test solutions for asset systems and integrations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 55000 Asset Management Standards
- Support business case development and continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on team priorities and performance
- Prepare communication plans and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
About you
As a skilled asset management business analyst, you will:
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in business analysis
- Understand asset management systems and ISO 55000 standards
- Be confident in stakeholder engagement and change management
- Demonstrate strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft 365 and process mapping tools
- Hold a current “C” Class Driver’s Licence
