About the Role

As the Administration & Security Support Officer, you’ll be at the centre of Council operations—supporting a coordinated approach to property management and ensuring facilities are managed efficiently and effectively.

You’ll deliver high‑quality administration and customer service, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep information flowing, requests on track and day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

  • Be a trusted point of contact for internal and external enquiries
  • Manage service requests, work orders and purchase orders end‑to‑end
  • Maintain clean, reliable records across asset, property and finance systems
  • Support service contracts and coordinate with contractors and teams
  • Manage keys, swipe cards and access records in line with policy
  • Work collaboratively to deliver professional, customer‑focused support

About you

You’re an organised, reliable administrator who takes pride in getting the details right and keeping things running smoothly. You enjoy working as part of a team, can juggle multiple requests with ease, and bring a professional, customer‑focused approach to everything you do.

  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent administrative experience
  • Current “C” Class driver licence
  • Certificate II in Business Administration, Local Government, or a related discipline
