About the Role

As Fleet Services Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, operational delivery and continuous improvement of Council's fleet services function. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing acquisition and replacement, maintenance and repairs, operations and allocation, compliance and risk management, and telematics and performance management. Working closely with stakeholders across Council, you'll drive innovation, support sustainability initiatives and ensure a modern, cost-effective fleet that enables essential services across the region.

You are an experienced people leader who can inspire high-performing teams, create a positive culture and align operations with organisational goals.

Fleet Management Expert

You bring extensive experience managing medium-to-large fleet operations, with a strong track record in fleet acquisition, operations and performance management.

Commercially Astute

You have demonstrated success in financial management, project delivery, resource planning and driving practical business outcomes in complex environments.

Collaborative Influencer

You build trusted relationships, communicate with confidence and effectively engage, negotiate and partner with diverse stakeholders to achieve results.

Appointment to this position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check.
