About the Role


Council’s Land Management Unit are seeking an Administration Support Officer to provide services such as customer contact, running reports, word processing, filing, record management & data entry. In ensuring exceptional customer service, the successful candidate will provide timely and accurate information when responding to internal and external property management queries. As a requirement of the role, you will research, liaise and prepare documentation relating to property transactions. Your position will encompass business administration including processing financial transactions, compiling reports and undertaking correspondence with internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to maintaining office procedures and systems with a mindset for continuous improvement. Updating databases and undertaking ad-hoc projects are also accountabilities of this role. 


About you


You are ideally Cert III qualified in Business Administration or similar, accompanied by significant administration experience. Your well-rounded understanding of legislation, policies, standards, regulations and procedures relating to property and land management are desirable to your success. Pivotal to this position are your outstanding time management skills with exceptional attention to detail in resolving routine challenges. You pride yourself on the customer experience and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve common goals. Your ‘can-do’ attitude will see you thrive in this role. As someone well-versed in computer skills, your expertise in, data entry and the Microsoft Office Suite will be highly utilised in this role. You will have a willingness to learn other software and corporate systems as necessary.
