You will have strong knowledge and experience working in community development and be conversant with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and standards.
Possess solid business acumen skills and experience with the ability to prepare reports, presentations and planning and policy documents.
Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build business relationships.
Demonstrated active listening, consultative, and persuasive skills.
Support the development and facilitation of new and innovative community development projects.
Additionally, you will have tertiary qualifications Cultural/Community Development or Social Science or similar or relevant equivalent experience.
