About the role:
The Supervisor Business Operations Pound Facility is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Administration and Operational Services from the new state of the art Sippy Creek Animal Pound, as well as promoting the key messages and commitments outlined in the Domestic Animal Management (Cats and Dogs Strategy) 2014 – 2020.
Naturally, you will possess sound business management skills along with a sound understanding of domestic animal management principals as well as a genuine interest in the management of animals, as well as passion and strategic direction to drive the implementation of Council’s Domestic Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Strategy 2014-2020.
In addition to this, you will possess;
- strong time management and organisational skills to manage complex investigations and competing priorities.
- Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
To be successful in this role, you will hold tertiary qualifications in Business Management and possess a Certificate IV Government (Statutory Compliance) or similar or equivalent experience.
Additionally, you will possess recognised formal qualifications and accreditations relevant to the role, together with demonstrated application of such learning in the workplace would be highly regarded.
